I lived just north of the city in the early 2010s and it’s in this incredible place where my career selling art really started. Imagine the thrill of traveling through Central Park, over the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, Times Square, Broadway, Yankee Stadium, Grand Central Station and more, capturing timeless photographs that you can show off to friends and family and sell online!
This workshop is more than just an opportunity to learn about photography, it's also a chance to get your first online store up and make your first photography sales!

MONDAY, OCTOBER 30TH, 2023
From Brooklyn Park looking across the river provides the most stunning, classic (and sellable!) view of New York City!
Capture of the splendor of the Brooklyn Bridge at sunset with Serge Ramelli, Craig Alexander and their team!
This trip will make your already impressive portfolio of images pop! As you capture some of the most iconic photo locations in the heart of the city.
1pm - 2pm
Meet your fellow students and instructors and have a drink at the hotel bar and get to know the group you’ll spend the next week with.
2pm - 4pm
Join us at the Conference Room at the Hyatt Place, Chelsea, New York City and get an evaluation of what you would like to achieve in this workshop as well as a guest lecture by Serge Ramelli!
4pm - 8pm (5:55pm Sunset)
Take the Subway under the East River to Brooklyn, from there we’ll walk to Brooklyn Park. You will get to taste the grandeur of New York from its most famous vantage point at sunset before dinner.
Serge, my team and I will shoot together with you and I will see how you compose and what camera settings you use to capture the city, and of course we’ll coach you as needed!

The penultimate photoshoot, also the longest - we will take a ferry from Battery Park at the southern tip of Manhattan to the Statue of Liberty!
Get breathtaking shots of New York Harbor, once-in-a-lifetime shots of the Statue of Liberty and the bridges.
If we’re lucky, based on availability, we’ll even get to go up to the crown of Lady Liberty (the Statue herself) and capture extremely rare vantage points that will blow New York lovers away.

The leaves will be turning their brilliant shades of yellow, orange and red and you will get to capture this in all its glory!

Information for +1 Photographers and Guests:
- If you are sharing a hotel room with a fellow attendee as your +1 , then the fee for the 2nd photographer is only $6,500 ($1000 less than the full $7,000). +1s attending the workshop, sharing a room with the primary attendee need only pay $4,000 as a balance in order to be fully paid ($2,500 reservation fee + $4,000 balance = $6,500 total for +1 photographer).
- If you have a +1 , NOT attending the workshop as a photographer, and are sharing a room with you, like a spouse (not a photographer partaking in the coaching or lessons etc.) they may attend for just an extra $1000 ($3500 total for +1 NOT attending the coaching, lessons, etc.) They still get breakfasts with us, dinners, internal transport, entrance fees etc. But they will not be coached. We will add this $1000 to your invoice ($2,500 reservation fee + $1,000 balance = $3,500 total for +1 guest).

Frequently Asked Questions
Full price per ticket is $7,500. Deposit payments are $2,500. You will be billed for the remaining $5,000 as we near the workshop date in October of 2023.
The fee for the whole workshop is $7,500 per person, which includes:
- Simple, practical In depth workshops where you get your online stores up fast so you can go from zero to up and running in a matter of days, or from a beginner shop... to many of you making sales while on this workshop. No matter what, you'll leave here happy and winning!
- Seven nights accomodation in a Premium, spacious hotel in Central Manhattan, breakfast included.
- The transport during the entire workshop, admission fees for all the iconic locations we'll visit that require a fee.
- The discovery of New York City (the famous places and the much lesser known!) with a group of inspiring like-minded photographers all on the same mission - to capture stunning iconic images of one of the World Cities... and learn to sell YOUR art, online!
- A delicious meal at the end of the night in new exciting locales after our daily sunset shoot.
You will pay a reservation of $2,500 to secure your spot in the workshop.
This is a fully refundable deposit up to 60 days before the workshop on 30th October, 2023. you will be billed for the remaining balance of $5,000 as we near the workshop in 2023. Refunds requested after the 60-day window are not subject to full refund.
- Your camera,
- a tripod,
- a wireless remote or cable release,
- a wide-angle lens (24mm or wider),
- a telephoto lens,
- a ND filter (10-stops or higher) for long exposures,
- a laptop with Lightroom or Photoshop (or both) for the post-processing.
I accept all level of experience in photography, but just make sure you have the gear needed; otherwise it will be no fun for you. If you are missing a lens or a ND filter don’t worry about it!
